I have to admit walking into this concert I felt skeptical…. Hip-hop shows are a gamble. Don’t get me wrong I love hip-hop, its just live hip-hop often falls flat. Summer 2007, Barcelona 080 "Fashion is Everywhere"

The first annual “080 Barcelona: Fashion is Everywhere” event was held recently to promote the fashion scene in the up-and-coming 08001 zip code, aka the Raval. Aiming to turn this grungy, sort of shabby-chic neighborhood into a “temporary fashion showroom,” young and independent underground designers showed off their lines in a series of expositions and collective showrooms held at various venues in the area. Bread & Butter, Lee, VICE Party at the Apolo

Now that Vice magazine Spain has been launched and the second issue already distributed, the crazy clan of Vice partygoers of course had a kickass party to promote the magazine during the Bread & Butter Summer fair at the Apollo. The international attendance list was a mixed crowd of designers, hipsters, urban bohemians, and stylish groupies, all attendees spilling over from the aftermath of the B&B tradeshow.
