Sidecar is a club / restaurant / concert venue in Plaça Reial mostly known as one of the best local and historical live music venues in Barcelona. Downstairs is the club with a stage and a dance floor, while upstairs is the restaurant. Open for the past 25 years, Sidecar has been known primarily as an alternative rock and roll venue. There are weekly live performances as well as DJ nights. The style of music is extremely variable, with special programs that include anything from Anti-Karaoke on Mondays, Brazelona Sessions on Tuesdays, DNA Club on Thrsdays, and Dance to the Underground on weekends.
