“Brokeback Mountain” on Stage

After the cinematic success based on the short story by Annie Proulx that won 3 Academy Awards, why not head for the stage? Just as “Brokeback Mountain” was an unconventional love story, so too shall be its reincarnation as a live performance: as an opera.

Front man Mike Skinner has unveiled the plans for the group’s next music video which will in fact involve a foot-journey from England all the way to the south of France. The next single entitled ‘The Escapist’ will inevitably serve as soundtrack for this epic voyage.
