Le Fumoir has lost the intentional run down look it had when it opened eight years ago. When it first opened you could sink into a leather sofa and quietly sip a cocktail while reading the Herald Tribune or one of the English novels available on the bookshelves on the back wall of the gentleman’s club like room.
